Being a local hearing healthcare business with family focus at our core; how we serve our patrons is an important consideration. We are a small business but we have also grown to become a trusted pillar of the community, because of our ethical and unbiased approach.  In order therefore to ensure we are offering the best and most competitive hearing services and products, we periodically undertake a review of our operation, to ensure we are achieving this.

We have always believed in the principle of charging for hearing tests, as clinic time is valuable. By charging for tests we ensure the Patient is not placed in a pressure environment and ‘sold to’ because we are being paid for our time, and our Patient is paying for impartial advice.

However, with the current cost of living crisis pressures, the worry of being sold to in a rushed appointment on the high street and the importance of accessing hearing care in the face of lengthy NHS waiting lists, we have decided to trial offering FREE 15 minute hearing screening appointments. Let us show you what professional hearing healthcare should look and sound like!
